Great house for Winter Park vacation
Great place for ski vacation. Close to town and easy drive to mountain. House is clean with nice amenities.

The worse vacation ever
It is really hard to not like the house. It's modern, but there is no permanent door on the 3rd bedroom and the 4th suite with the dbl beds is completely wide open. Suite is misleading. The house cleaners were late getting out so we waited for 30 mins outside... but here is the best part. A gas leak. I called the management company at 5pm, 30 mins after getting into the place. At 6:50 the head of maintenance arrived after two more calls and my son getting sick and low and behind.. it's a gas leak that you have to leave the premises right away. Are you kidding me?? This is a fairly new house was there too much snow piled on top of the meter that lead to the leak? We got moved to another house that had all sorts of issues. We were 7 mins to the resort, now we are 25-30 mins depending on traffic. This jacked up our whole trip. We lost a dinner that had to be pitched, we pd more in gas throughout the stay, we couldn't ski too partial days because of the moving back and forth and other issues with being so far out. We had to go to dinner the night we lost our dinner when we got kicked out. And the time, energy and effort of moving to a less desirable location made this a terrible experience. The only reason I didn't give this negative stars is because of Justin. He helped move our party which included most of the luggage to the replacement house because there is no Uber or taxi in Winter Park. I'm still not happy with the gratis. And will be pursuing the matter further.

Amazing location and experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent a lot of time in the game room, spa as well as the various patios. The house is absolutely amazing. The location was great as its a super quick drive into town, and we were also close to a host of hiking trailheads. Additionally, we loved the sound from the stream. We had an amazing time, and we are excited to plan future visits!

In general the stay was enjoyable. It seemed by the end of the week there were a number of spiders noticed down in the basement. The construction manager from the building project next door came to the door to complain about our irrigation water causing them problems on there construction sit. I tried to reach our contact and didn’t receive a call back. The next day a representative from the water company stopped by to tell us higher than normal water usage had been noticed and asked if we had any problems. I told him what the site manager from next door had said and he indicated they had or would contact the owner/property manager with that information.

Nice place. No parking
The house was very nice and well equipped, but construction next door was noisy and dirty, so we couldn't spend day time on the property. Not the owners fault, but warning to anyone renting in the near future. They were just digging the hole for the new house while we were there.

Riverview Chalet
What a great vacation home for a larger family (smaller one too)! Lots of space and such a beautiful home overlooking a small river and the mountains in the backdrop. Our family loved the multiple levels, especially the bottom floor with gaming. I would recommend this property for anyone exploring the Winter Park are or nearby. Very convenient to the local shopping and dining scene as well.

Modern Tree House
We had an amazing time for the days we were at the Chalet. When on the 3rd floor it is as if you are in that tree house but with 180* view of outdoors. And dont forget the sound of the river down below. The sounds of the river put it over the top. I didnt expect the full effect but you could hear it on from the top to your bedroom. I would highly recommend and thank you for sharing a beautiful place.
