Terrific Stay

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids 12 and under) had a wonderful stay at this condo in Trailhead Lodge. The layout of the condo provided adequate space so that we weren't cramped. Downtown Winter Park and easy trails are just a short walk away. Upon arrival we found the condo to be one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've experienced. Instructions from Winter Park Escapes were clear and everything about our stay went well. We had a terrific stay and would stay here again.

Great location!

This unit sits right across from the hot tub and pool which we loved. It's within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Property manager provided prompt response to any issues we had with our stay.

Trailhead Lodge Luxury Condo

Great Condo

Great location near Winter Park Ski Resort, restaurants, and bus stop. Condo was nicely equipped with kitchen items. Comfortable to hang out in. Community hot tub, workout room and pool table were a bonus.

Winter Park visit w/ family

Great Location...very comfortable accommodations, well-equipped. We really enjoyed our time and the unit served our needs very well. We would have preferred the access to the front door to be free from snow/ice (safety issues) - and a few other minor things. Overall - the property was great!

Excellent Place to Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Trailhead Lodges with Winter Park Escapes! The amenities were excellent — especially the heated pool and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Just be sure to head over before 10 pm, as the maintenance staff suggests leaving before that time. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus since our group of skiers and snowboarders needed to do laundry a few times. The only small drawback was that both bathrooms were inside the bedrooms, so there wasn't a separate bathroom in the main living area. It wasn't a big deal, just something to be aware of. The management company was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would love to come back and stay here again!

Lots of fun

The property was good for our family. The 3 and 6 year old absolutely loved it. We did have a problem getting a key card for the pool so the kiddos were disappointed for a couple of days. I recommend they get an electric hand mixer. Other than this 2 little bump everything was great. Location was perfect.

Loved this location!

So many things to love about this property. We were able to walk almost everywhere. There is a playground and skate park a few steps from the front door, nature trails all around, plus shops and restaurants all within a half mile. Condo was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The ski area is a short drive away. Generous amount of regular towels and pool towels provided. We enjoyed being on the first floor and able to access the parking lot and grass for our dog quickly. This was our first trip to Winter Park, but we will definitely be returning and staying with WPE again!

Lovely Condo, but dated & missing some essentials

This condo met our needs fairly well during our family ski trip. It had a large tub in the master, plenty of hot water, nice layout, good community hot tub, and enough cooking supplies. But the dining room chair seats are concave and need re-stuffing, and the decor is dated. In general I would say it's cluttered with too much decor. Plus there were no spices besides salt and pepper, no cooking oils either, limited coffee and no tea, so come prepared. And the king bed in the master is weird with a foam topper. I would recommend the owner get a normal mattress in there. Plus the fireplace only has one skinny flame on it and needs adjusting. Fortunately it didn't smell doggy even though they allow pets. Other than that the heat worked well, we had enough beds, and it's a convenient location to downtown WP.
