Perfect Family Getaway

Amazing stay with winter park escapes. The location was amazing within walking distance of everything in town and a very short ride to the slopes. The amazing rooftop hot tub and comfortably furnished and decorating was perfect for our evenings! Highly recommend!!

Amazing Townhouse In the Heart of Winter Park

The townhouse is spacious, nicely decorated, well stocked, modern and comfortable. Winter Park Ski Resort is just down the road and you are literally a short walk from several great restaurants. The rooftop hot tub was divine and offered great views. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect getaway in Winter Park!

This new and well cared for townhouse was just the right home base. Right in town for walking to shops/restaurants, quick drive to the mountain. Well appointed kitchen.

Great Staycation Location!

This quaint townhome was perfect for our family of 6. Located just off the main street with perfect access to all of the in-town amenities. The style and decor was amazing and the unit provided all of the comforts of home. The kids loved the rooftop hot tub and we enjoyed wine and movies by the fire. Highly recommend and we'll visit again!

New Year’s Eve in Winter Park

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhome. There were 8 of us who fit comfortably. New Year’s Eve fireworks could be seen from the living room and balcony. We were able to walk to restaurants and a shuttle stop to the ski resort. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Spot for a Winter Park Getaway!

Loved this cozy condo for a weekend ski trip with friends. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of space to even do some remote working on our laptops. What I love most about this rental is the location. It's right in the middle of town with restaurants and shops all around. It also has a bus stop right across the street that takes you straight to the ski resort. So perfect!

Nice place and amazing location.

Really nice house and you can’t pick a better location. Walking distance to all the restaurants. My only issue was that the hot tub kept turning off throughout the stay and was not usable for part of the time. If you’re not a hot tub person this might not be an issue but the hot tub was what myself and the rest of the guests were most excited about.

Condo is in excellent condition, very clean, and had a well appointed kitchen. Walking location to restaurants and shops, great views from top floor deck with a beautiful hot tub. Plenary of parking and it is great to have a private garage. Management was very responsive and accommodating ( special thanks to Daniel!) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Winter wonderland escape

I rented this townhome for a birthday weekend in Winter Park. Half of the group wanted to ski so we hopped on the shuttle which has a stop right by the townhouse. The other half wanted to snowshoe and were able to access a trail right from the house. We all relaxed in the rooftop hot tub and then melted into the couch in front of the fire. I hired a local chef to cook for us one of the nights (she's unbelievable!) and one of the other nights we walked across the street to Pepe Osaka (also fantastic). The grocery store is just a short walk away when we wanted snacks. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be looking to rent this home again.

Great location, comfortable and roomy space with all of the luxuries

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at one of these winter park units and I'll definitely be back. They have plenty of space/beds/bathrooms for the price and the private hot tub has immaculate views. It is walking distance from the bus stop and also has a 2 car garage.

great condo in Downtown Winter Park

This new condo (one of many rowhouses in Downtown Winter Park) looks just like the photos on the listing. It is a true rowhouse with three flights of stairs, just FYI. The garage is long and narrow, two smaller vehicles will fit (such as a Rav4, or Q5, or mid-size cars) but larger trucks and SUVs will not fit. The rooftop hottub and patio table/chairs is a great amenity to enjoy the mountain view and the stars. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, outdoor music venue, and a great trail system (with in-town fly fishing on the creek). The hosts were very responsive with a re-send of the wifi info, otherwise we had no issues at all.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time in the Arrow townhome. The condo was spacious enough for 6 adults to vacation comfortably. Plenty of things to do during the day and great dinner options at night. We even enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. My family thanks you.

Superb condo in the heart of Winter Park

My family and I stayed in this condo for an early fall weekend in Winter Park, while visiting our son in Denver. I cannot say enough good things about the townhouse and its amenities! The entire condo was outfitted with everything we could possibly need, including exceptionally soft towels and every single kitchen item you might need if you desire to cook. (But why would you with the many restaurant options?) The location was perfect. Very easy walking distance to everything in the downtown area of Winter Park, but off the main drag by a block so you don't hear the traffic. Beds were very comfortable, and bedrooms were spaced well to give privacy, as needed. The rooftop hot tub was a huge hit for post-hike relaxation -- what a treat, with great views! I would highly recommend renting this place, and would return again!

nice with very warm hot tub, but narrow and a lot of stairs

Our stay was very nice. There are a lot of stairs though!! Including the garage level, there are 3 flights of stairs, so 4 levels. And these are vaulted ceilings, so close to 20 stairs a flight! The place was very nice, very chic. The upper rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bedroom next to the kitchen was very small and the only drawer space for your stuff was under the bed. The kitchen was VERY narrow. Once you sit down in the seats, it is hard to move around. The hot tub was excellent. Stare at the stars while you soak in a very warm hot tub. The roof was comfortable enough to go outside there without shoes to get in to the hot tub. Still very private when in the tub - you cannot see your neighbors. Limited places for your dog to go to the bathroom right there. Parking was tight. On the garage side, there was a parking lot, but then you have an added flight of stairs. We couldn't get close parking on the kitchen level/street parking. There really aren't a lot of spots there. And those aren't supposed to be used in the winter, so I think parking in the winter with anything more than the car for the garage would be very difficult, but the summer was fine. Overall, I would stay here again. I just would limit my visit to around 4 people to feel more comfortable in the common areas.

A wonderful time spent with Family.

We enjoyed our time at Winter Park. It was a special trip when our kids got to see the Mountains for the first time. The place was perfect allowing every kid to have their own queen size bed and their spot. We have 4 kids ranging from 14-20 years of age. It was a perfect place for our family to go. Trails, shopping within walking distance, white water rafting not too far away, and even disc golf which the guys loved. The hot tub was a special treat. The smile on the kid's faces was priceless. Thank you for the wonderful and memorable stay. Will recommend to anyone.
