“Overall the hotel is very nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was how steep the stairs was to the bedroom. It was a little scary walking down, my daughter fell twice. Thank goodness it wasn’t serious. Other than the steep stairs, it would have been a perfect stay ”

“A quaint and older condo, very cozy and just enough room for 5-6 people. The place was clean and just as described. Conveniently located, within in walking distance to everywhere in downtown Winter Park. The only thing that was remotely negative was the refrigerator was a bit loud, and with it being a condo thr people upstairs moving around would be a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected. I would stay here again again.”

“The condo was in a nice, quiet location with a good view of the river. The rec center had a nice pool/hot tub which was good after a long day of biking.Everything in Winter Park is a short drive or walk, if you prefer.Only things to know are: the bathroom is a little small and there is no AC. Of course, the AC isn't an issue in a place whose summer temps are in the 70s! The written documentation is a little out of date (no towels at the rec center).I would consider this condo again, next time……

“We had a fantastic overnight stay! Communication with the host was excellent—clear, timely, and helpful from start to finish.
