Winter park
The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance to most everything you need. Down hill and x-country skiing was exceptional, the hot tub and heated pool was used daily. Roger was very quick to respond and made our trip enjoyable. The were even dog toys for our pet.

Great Home Base for a Ski Trip
We had a great stay at Roger’s Trailhead unit. Getting to and from it was simple. We loved that the unit was on the second floor and we could sleep with the patio door cracked to get some cool air in after enjoying the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the pool towels on hand—which saved us valuable packing space. We also loved being able to see the pool and hot tub from the unit, which made it very easy to decide when we should head down! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Winter Park Getaway
This condo was in a convenient location with the Lyft bus stop to take you to the slopes right across the street. So many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Condo was immaculate and had lots of options to use to cook if desired. The hot tub was not warm the one evening is the only downfall but that is out of the owners control. Other nights it was amazing. Already looking at our trip next Winter and will likely stay here again if available.

Barbara Thanks for the great review. Sorry about the hot tub not warm one night. Should you visit again, my son owns a condo next door at Timber Fox (600 feet from our condo) and you would be welcome to 16 person hot tub. Roger

Great rental in convenient location
Property was exactly as advertised, clean, and had anything we could have needed for our stay. Owners very communicative with check in information. No issues. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels and extra blankets, and everything was clean. We have stayed at this complex a number of years with other families, and really appreciate the quality and variety of units, convenient location, as well as nice pool/hot tub/clubhouse.

Best place we ever stayed
As far as property, it was exactly as stated. All the other stays at different locations had very little amenities... this place had all kinds of stuff that normally you have to go to grocery store before you do anything. They had paper plates, paper towels, coffee and creamer supplies. They had simple things like mayo, mustard, ketchup,along with all kinds of seasoning. These are just a few things that were already there and we didn't have to go straight to store. It was also right across from the pool and hottub. This was the best place we have ever stayed!!! Awesome!!!

Wonderful condo and location
We enjoyed staying in this modern, very comfortable condo during our ski vacation in Winter Park. The bus stop is just 1-2 minutes from the condo. We found the condo to be spotless and the beds very snooze worthy. The gas fireplace is a real plus, especially after a long day on the slopes! We also enjoyed the access to the community center with a pool table, excellent hot tub and heated pool, We will definitely stay here again when vacationing in the Winter Park area!

This place was fantastic. The property was gorgeous and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. The Ski Resort was about a 8 minute drive. Roger was a great host and easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Great time !
Stayed her for a weekend with my family. Great location near hideaway park. Kids had great time sledding here. Very close to winter park ski resort as well. Shops/restaurants are walking distance. Highly recommend.

Would stay again!
Very comfortable, clean, relaxing place with a big kitchen with everything you need! The host was very accommodating and communicative and very generous with letting us have an early check in and late check out. The location is right in the heart of Winterpark. Great hot tub! Would stay again!

Short but relaxing
Lovely, we’ll appointed and perfect for a weekend visit. We communicated with owner with question about recycling and tv, and he responded promptly. TV in main living room did not turn on, but made us sit and talk with each other! Altogether beautiful, with the surrounding mountains covered with the season’s first snow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was impeccably clean and the bare floors were perfect for our little dog’s first “vacation “. He had no problems, though. You’ve been a helpful host, through your emails. We would love to be able to stay there again. On a completely unrelated and random topic, I noticed that the art in the bathroom had a special meaning to me. Our son graduated from CSU in May with a degree in music education with an emphasis in choral direction. The picture (I think) is of a choir director directing a choir of rabbits singing (and the flying things, too). Anyway, it was a fun whimsical print. Thanks for a lovely stay. - Linda Friskney

Perfect property for a quick mountain getaway. Roger was awesome and communicated everything so clearly with us. His condo was amazing, had everything we needed. Wonderful visit
We had a great time at Roger's place. He was a great host and the location was great. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor hottub/heated pool were a plus. Hot tub/pool is accessed with a keycard and had access later into the evening which allowed us to have a nice soak before heading to bed. Small note, the fire place is on a timer which ticks which takes a bit away from the relaxation of the fire, but we played music over it so it didn't bother us too much. Thanks again for a great stay Roger!

We had a great stay here with our small dog. Very clean & comfy. The unit had literally everything you needed. Awesome perk of having heated floors & fireplace. Loved that we could scope out our hot tub spot from the living room for apres too ;) Walking distance to the main drag & bus stop for the slopes. WPR is only a 5 min drive if you opt to but really no need to. Would def stay here again!

Short Ski Trip
My buddy and I stayed at this condo for two days in late January, 2023. We were on a short ski trip. We are both in our 60s. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean and very well-equipped. We have been doing ski trips to locations all over the Western U.S. for 30+ years and this is one of the nicest places that we have rented. The owner (Roger) was very responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. The next time we ski at Winter Park, we will definitely be interested in renting this condo again.

Great location for getting up to the mountain - bus was a short walk away, as are tons of dining options. Condo is spacious and well-equipped with everything you would want for cooking, etc. A great spot!

Perfect!
My family loved our Winter Park get away and this condo was perfect for it! We were able to walk everywhere in town - shops, restaurants and bus stop for the ski resort. We loved the gas fireplace, heated floors and fully stocked kitchen. We also took advantage of the hot tub which was a quick walk across the parking lot. This was one of the only times where the owner has emailed that the condo was ready early and also asked if we wanted a later check out due to the timing of the cleaning. If we make it back to Winter Park, we will definitely look to book this condo again! Thank you for sharing it!

Enjoyed our visit to Winter Park. The condo met all our needs and had plenty of space for the three of us. Walking distance to a great place to play in the snow. Only negative would be the elevator wasn't always working in the complex if that is something you require. Thankful for a few family games in the closet when the weather is just too cold! Thankful for a washer and dryer after a day on the slopes too. Probably is true in all of Winter Park, but the snow can get deep in the parking lot so if renting a car, be sure to get something that can handle the weather. The condo was kept plenty warm even with negative temps outside. A round pizza pan might be the only thing I can think of that we could have used but didn't have. LOL. Very well stocked, clean and pictures are a true representation of what you will get upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The check-in process was seamless. The condo had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is well equipped for families—with games, movies, kid-friendly spaces and swimming supplies. And the proximity to the pool is great. We loved having a washer and dryer for our layers of outdoor clothing that needed to be washed. The linens, pillows and beds were great! Overall, we loved it. If we go back to Winter Park, I will look for this rental again. It far exceeds the resort hotels, and it's more cost effective to boot!

Roger is an awesome host and was readily available prior and during our stay. Roger has hosted us 4 times in Trailhead over the past several years. His properties are clean and comfortable.
