"Sehr schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, das Abendessen war spitze, Frühstück ebenfalls top. Zusätzlich war bei uns das Frühstück gratis. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Parkplatz kostenfrei am Hotel. "

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. "The location was excellent. There are several little hiking trails you can follow right from the resort. It is also an easy walk into town. "

"We have stayed in Dorint hotels many times. This hotel has had a number of upgrades to the Rooms, Reception area and Restaurants. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed and felt a little soulless, but overall service was good, rooms were clean and had a very comfortable stay. "

"Great service, really friendly staff at reception. Our floor was being renovated so it looked a bit messy, and the cleaner came in the room about 10 am when we were still there getting dressed up.... but apart from that really good hotel! also nice area to go on walks and hikes."
