A pleasant surprise to find such a nice place to stay. For us it is ideally situated and with such a lovely restaurant we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return.

Nice hotel, quite remote and the restaurant shuts at 20:00, which doesn't leave many options if you miss it.

Superb business venue
Room was a little too warm, but very comfy. disappointed with the special starter but apart from that one issue all meals were delicious and tasty. Service was good and thoroughly recommend

Great stay. Hotel was in a perfect location for us to visit friends and the surrounding area. The hotel was very clean and staff were lovely. Would definitely visit again.

A nice place to stay.
The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine but service could be slow if they were busy. Rooms a good size but beds quite small for two people. Nice location and could be a good base for exploring. Will likely stay again.

A great stay at a lovely hotel
A great one night stay at the Crown Lodge. Lovely staff. Accommodated an early check in for us. Room was large and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast! Service excellent all round. Thank you Crown Lodge.

Comfortable and pleasant stay for business
Stayed one night for business. Overall, was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was of good quality and served in good time. Room was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and with all items needed. Enjoyed the touch of oat milk in the room - a rarity from my experience. The one criticism would be the loud banging of doors in the main building. When in my room, when other guests were going in and out of their rooms, my room walls shook and there was a loud bang. Sure this could be relatively easily fixed. I wear ear plugs when I sleep, so didn't disturb me at night. All in all, would recommend, and stay here again.

Best in Wisbech Area
We had a very good stay at the Crown Lodge. Room was quiet and well appointed. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty (just go easy on the fried bread!), and our large party enjoyed the evening meal. We will definitely return.

Great Lodge.
The gentleman on the desk, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room itself was spot on overall. Personally, I didn’t find the bed comfortable. But everyone has different preferences. But overall, a very good experience.

Always excellent hotel
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over many years and it never fails to please. Warm welcome on arrival, clean, comfy room, excellent food and great wifi which is lucky as there is not a lot of signal, but sometimes that is nice too. Best hotel near Wisbech by far, see you again soon

Fenland magic
You can see that the place has received a great deal of investment recently reflected in the automatic doors, general fixtures and fittings. My room was very nice, a bit small if there had been two of us but nevertheless very comfortable. Excellent wifi connection, nice restaurant and happy staff meant that my overnight stay was very relaxing.

We loved it !
Brilliant overnight stay at the Crown Lodge. Warm, super friendly staff at check-in and in bar/restaurant. We ended up staying for dinner which we never do and we were so glad we did. The chef even made me an off menu pasta dish in prep for my half marathon the next day. We will definitely stay again.

Hosts were fantastic - got heavily delayed arriving, called forward to say was running late and asked about the kitchen - they kept the kitchen open until I arrived and ensured my check-in / stay was comfortable and fast.

Property was dog friendly, quick and easy to check in, staff were friendly, restaurant, bar and gym available to use on site if wanted. Rooms were fresh, clean and modern and spacious and the in room amenities available were great. Shower was powerful, towels in room available, bed was a lovely size and comfortable and curtains were black out curtains to make for a good sleep. Probably the only negative I’d have to say is that when we entered our room, it smelt very strongly of bleach but after leaving the windows open for an hour, the smell was gone.
