“We had a great stay! If you love animals, this is your place!”

“I had to give a one star review as zero wasn’t possible. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in all my years of booking on Expedia and other stays - Period!!”

“The unit itself was nice and clean. Few weird things: there was only dishes for 3 people which means we had to do dishes after every meal and that’s a pain. Not a lot of utensils ( no spatula , no baking sheets, one extra garbage bag, only 3 glasses no can opener or some other basic utensils). I don’t understand why people who own these units to rent out don’t take the time to at least stock it with essential items . The location is next to train tracks and that became annoying when the……

“Receptionist is either absent or rude. Room was dilapidated with no electricity. We ask for a room change, the next room was worse. Sheets with cigarettes burns. It smelled smoke and heavy insect repellent. I got asthma attack while awaiting for another room change armed police arrived and was checking list of people that had check in. We just walk out. No refund or compensation was attempt despite our complain.”

“The stay was amazing, very comfortable place. I would love to visit it again in the future 10/10”

“Great place right in the heart of Fort Worth. The host was really great and made the check in process smooth. Highly recommend!”

“Great place to stay near the Stockyards. Clean, well maintained and excellent hosts. ”

“An outstanding property! We stayed six nights and particularly enjoyed the full kitchen and spacious space. The balcony was serene.”

“The location of The Corbin 1201 was perfect for exploring Fort Worth & so convenient to Dickie’s Stadium. The building was secure as well as the parking. All of the instructions were clear. Closing down the apartment was easy. I would definitely stay here the next time that I go to the Fort Worth area.”

“Best place to stay if you are wanting the Sundance square experience.”

“Great stay for the price!!!”

“Very clean, roomy, great location and great parking! Would stay again for sure. Next time we would bring our own shampoo, etc. as the tiny bottle provided is not enough. Every other vacation rental we have stayed at has provided toiletries in large squirt bottles so we were not prepared for this. Also, there were three towels and they were not the best quality so bring your own towels if you prefer. Overall a great place to stay!”
