Woking - Front Garden, Parking, Pets Welcome

This sweet end of terrace house located within a private cul de sac has a small entrance hallway on to an open plan dining/sitting room; and a separate kitchen. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms (one has the flexibility of being a twin room, as the bed separates) and a modern family bathroom. The property provides a lovely enclosed front garden and is conveniently located for access to the M3. There is unallocated parking for one car outside the property.

Each of our properties is carefully selected and individually designed for the clients we think might want to stay there. We pour over each and every detail, from energy efficiency to the type of flooring, appliances and furnishings. So whether you come with pets, have a family or want to consider transport links, we’re confident we’ll have a home that ticks your boxes.

Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.

I wanted a home away from home to do some thinking and walking. The house met my expectations, it was easy to live in, kitchen was great and the hosts were easy to communicate with.
