I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. “This Pimlico property was even better than advertised and was absolutely perfect for our family group of nine (grandparents, grown children and tween & teen grandchildren). The space to gather as a group worked out great, and everyone had their own space for sleeping. It was their first time visiting London and yet they couldn’t wait to get back to the house everyday. We traveled with two seniors and a 3 & 6 year old. So much space for everyone.
