“Automated AI system to get in. It worked however if your phone dies you have no way to got in.
Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where.
Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down.
Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space.”

“パディントン駅から近く便利。ハイドパーク含めて、とても良いネイバー。
全て満足だけど、気をつけたいのは荷物を預けられるのはハイドパークの建物なので、駅から少しだけ遠くなること。
パディントンの建物にはエレベーターがないので一階で良かったです。”

“Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. ”
