"We arrived at the Heathrow Hyatt after midnight due to a flat tire. The night staff were great about being happy to great us. I would like to make special note of the night manager. He could tell we were exhausted and that my husband was recovering from a 6 week knee replacement surgery. He quickly went out to help him. While my husband was parking in a safe under the Hyatt lot, the manager further helped me with luggage to our room, (which was clean and lovely),then went down to the lot to assist my husband. We knew that we had made the right choice in Hyatt and that their employees go above and beyond to be of service."
