Overall LOVE
"I’ve stayed here several times now and absolutely love the service, hotel, and- of course- the views and village! This time we stayed for our elopement and our group had 3 rooms. Everything was great! The only negative point I can make is that my sister ran to the store during our stay and, when she came back, the lot was full. The guy at the desk said it’s policy that each room only gets one vehicle pass but if it’s full she will have to park in the overflow lot that is a 10min walk away (which was also full due to events in the village) or pay $50 for the pay lot near the hotel that you can only park in until 10pm (this was at 4pm-ish). When she noted that parking was supposed to be included he said he can’t help that the lot is full (though again, it shouldn’t be if only one car per room is permitted). She paid the $50 and had to spend the next few hours watching out her window for a spot to open up since there would be nowhere else to park overnight. She was not compensated for the $50 even though parking is clearly stated as available to guests at no costs/included for free in your stay.
Don’t let this discourage your overall stay though- it’s a great hotel but this specific employee. And he was the first one we’ve run in to with an attitude in our many stays! "
