"Good location. Very near to the station. Short walk to the city centre. Lovely breakfast buffet. Room is very clean."

"Room hadn't been cleaned properly. Teaspoon was smeared with dried yoghurt or something similar. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, suspicious mark/spillage on floor and dirty toilet seat. Glass had toothpaste remains in the bottom."

"Room were very clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing was too much for the staff. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Large choice at breakfast and everything was cooked to perfection. The spa facilities were a lovely bonus. We've stayed at a number of Crowne Plaza hotels but I have to say Nottingham is our favorite. The staff are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

"Literally used it as a bed for the night and a shower! Not in the hotel much, only stayed one night. However, it was lovely. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful, easy to check in and out. Good location, parked at the train station and walked from there. Did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Would recommend, and stay there again.Thank you."

"Despite being a large hotel it feels spacious and peaceful. Everywhere was clean, the breakfast was good, there is enough parking and the area feels safe"
