I could not recommend this property more. The homely and secure setting which allowed my Dougie (a neurodivergent pughuahua) to feel comfortable in the courtyard, cottage and especially the stunning waterfront area (when it wasn’t being used) could not have been more relaxing and so-needed. Genuine friends were made with the beautiful neighbours and others locally. A wonderful area and a wonderful rental property that is both quiet, soothing and beautiful. Thank you so much 💛.

Riverside Studio Minnamurra

Clean, compact property. It is small as is stated but I don't agree that it comfortably sleeps 4. Location on a shared block is an unusual design to be prepared for with spread clutter from shed outside Studio off-putting. Some pre-arrival information about the access to watercraft and some detail in the guest book advising where to find it, access it and book it (considering there are 2 other properties sharing on the same block) would be really helpful.

Lovely location

Studio as expected. Unfortunate that no parking available as other areas on site were a construction area. This was not pointed out to us when booking. No doubt that the experience will improve when work finished.
