「had an amazing experience with the service. Since I stayed at the hotel for an extended period, the staff took great care of me throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality, kindness, and support made a big difference. Thank you for your excellent service and help—I truly appreciate it.」

「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」
