Walking in the room or someone walking upstairs or in staircase can produce loud noises from loosened wood structures. Kitchen was not adequately cleaned. Countertop still had marks left from uncleaned dish plates. The dish rack was partly rusted. Cooktop, coffee maker, frig, etc. were all in good working condition, but not enough cooking utensils were available. It's a two-bedroom...
