“The accomodation was easy to find and the instructions for self check in were good. When calling to confirm the booking they didn’t answer the phone, I called at 3 different times of day. The sheets on the bed had not been changed, they had dirty marks all through them. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and had hair and dirt marks everywhere. The towel rail in the bathroom was also falling off the wall. The tea and coffee sachets were old and melted together in a dirty container.”

“I liked the relaxed and informal atmosphere. My first sight of the laundry looked like a junkyard of broken and rusting machines, but to their credit there was a transformation with the junk removed and replaced with new and gleaming machines.”

“設施比較舊，離機場非常近，適合轉機，早機或夜機嘅朋友 早餐不錯，雖然種類不多，但環境舒適，我訂的時候酒店價錢已包早餐”

“方便舒适服务周到，机场接送。”

“quite good!”

“房间内有厨房，可以自己做饭。 停车位很多，前台7x24小时服务，有往返机场的接送服务。感觉不错。”

“This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. There are rooms in this facility equipped with……

“Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine.”

“Decent enclosed car parking but 20 to 30 minutes away from Darwin City. rooms are big and clean, but shower water was not hot enough and low pressure.”

“Friendly staff, clean property, great location, everything you need is at the hotel; bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service. Minor down side; Pool could do with a revamp in some areas. Restaurant menu could be a little better. Lobby carpets do need replacing but this didn’t affect my over stay, i would be more than happy to stay here again.”

“The suite itself was acceptable; however, several issues significantly affected our stay. Although a parking address was provided, it was not clearly stated that there is no on-site parking and that the car park is located approximately 100 metres away. As I had a sprained foot and multiple pieces of luggage, this was very inconvenient. If it had been clearly stated that parking is off-site, I would have reconsidered booking. The car park also does not allow in-and-out access. Each exit……

“The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really……

“The hotel is centrally located and convenient to get to the main street. The room is not spacious, but still it is enough. The facilities are a bit not modern, say limited electronic plugs, but still we were satisfied with it. Moreover, the wifi facility should be further improved as the hotel just allowed one person to access to wifi but not all.”
