However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !」
「We had a standard double with a queen sized bed (208). Lovely big bed and room. Light and bright with windows overlooking the station. Food in pub was good and no noise at nights.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel.
