「Loved the staff, so nice and helpful!」

「We were a little underwhelmed when we stayed at the Dewberry. It is nice but not for the price you pay. We stayed at another hotel for 3 days before that & had impeccable service & rooms so maybe that is why but we didn't feel like there was anything really special about our room here. The location is far away from all the things we wanted to do, which was fine because we don't mind walking, but just something to note. The rooftop bar is a must & you get preferred access if you stay there...

「The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome. We received a welcome basket with local treats when we arrived and breakfast delivered to the room every morning. There was a happy hour with wine, beer and charcuterie each evening. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and a good size. We have already recommended it to several people and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.」

「The hotel and staff were amazing from start to finish. Wine served as soon as we walked in. We were checked in by a personal assistant while seated at a table. Our luggage was removed from the car and taken straight to our room. The room was complimentary upgrade to a premier king. We received a complimentary bottle of Champagne and also a free breakfast box with muffin, croissants and fruit. Just an absolutely wonderful experience. Will stay here again.」
