“It's OK to stay. Breakfast is good enough. But the back door is not well secured”

“Nice hotel overall, but a few frustrating issues during the stay. The breakfast room was locked at least 5 minutes before closing while guests inside were still eating, but no one new was allowed in. There was also no bar soap in the room at check-in, so I had to go to the front desk to request it. On top of that, the front desk seemed to be making up rules about “quiet lobby hours” after 9 PM that weren’t posted anywhere. The hotel itself was good, but the service and communication could……

“We have stayed at several Days Inn Hotels on our trip... The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door……

“Breakfast was not very good.”

“Almost everything in the room was broken. Door handles, sink faucet, door locks. Bedding did not match the bed size. Clogged sink and bathtub, direct tv showing no signal most of the time. Nobody was at the front desk most of the time and when they were they didn’t care. On site restaurant is horrible. Don’t stay here.”

“Check in was perfect! Breakfast is great, except at 7:30 in the morning, there was no coffee. Told the lady at front desk, she said “yeah, I know” but didn’t move. Rooms are great”

“Arrived with the family over Memorial Day weekend. The staff that greeted us was very friendly and checked us in promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, along with the bed and pillows (down). There were plenty of towels and the housekeeping dropped by to deliver supplies on our second day. The pool was small and cold for the amount of people there but considering how many families were staying there that weekend, I really didn't hear our neighbors and the rooms were well insulated. ……

“The pool was super cold and the hot tub and slide were down. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10:30 on Memorial Day but they were taking everything out at 10:05 when we came down”

“Wonderful! Roomy, quiet, comfy, decent bar of soap, even a towel bar in bathroom! Love this place. Have stayed here about every other year for 15 years. Will continue to do so. Owner obviously treats his customers like he would like to be treated.”
