"We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Liverpool and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it a great base for exploring the city. There were, however, a couple of issues worth noting. Breakfast finished at 9:30am on weekdays, which felt quite early, particularly for guests like ourselves who prefer to exercise before eating. A 10:30am finish (as offered at the weekend) would be much more suitable across the week. The main issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, leaving it uncomfortably warm and stuffy. We reported this both at reception and via the messaging system, including the error code. While we were assured that maintenance would investigate, unfortunately this never happened, and there was no follow-up. We were also told the temperature could be adjusted remotely, which didn’t appear to be the case. With a few improvements in responsiveness and guest comfort, this could be an excellent stay."

"Nice clean close centre full very good location parking and also EV charging available on the second night. There was a disturbance in the hotel and Fairplay we had our breakfast given to us free or Charge by the manager. We are certainly return again."
