Family time

The location was terrific (a short stroll to the beach) and the neighborhood very quaint. Falling asleep each night to the sound of the ocean was the best. All in all, the house was the perfect setting for our family to spend time together!

Perfect in every way

Perfect in every way, location location location. Not only was this house spectacular but most of the house on the street were over the top. This house has so many places to gather. We all love our stay there and did I say location. The home was very clean and the house had a great layout. We will be sure to stay here next time we are in town

Great location, cute house

The house is as pictured and is clean. The location is even better than it appears. It's very close to the beach access on a very nice street. The only negative to me was the bed arrangements. They are as pictured, but it's a difficult arrangement when not everyone is family. My son brought a friend, and boys don't like to share a bed. So, that made it hard. Having at least one of the rooms with 2 beds whether 2 twins or a double and twin would be much better. Also, there's a full bathroom on the main level that is kind of waste since there's nowhere to sleep there. A sleeper sofa or a twin bed in the "Office" would also have solved our problem and would have made that bathroom useful. We only had 4 people, and I understand they don't want large groups, but for a beach house, a small bed in that "office" room would help tremendously and still not cause people to overcrowd the house. My daughter had to sleep with me so the boys could each have a bed.
