Good experience. Nicely located. Quick check in. I didn’t like that we had to sign a letter at checkin, more time in advance or just a copy would be good. Furthermore we saw 2 prostitutes coming out the building while we entered with our 6 year old son. Pillows were synthetic and really cheap (Like the 5€ ikea ones). Window couldn’t be opened. Digital function didn’t work. Despite all it was a great experience and a really nice place if you want to experience Wrocław

At the reception, a very unprofessional, aggressive, very impudent Girl, who upset me very much, delayed me during the paperwork, took a deposit of 220 euros from me for 3 days of stay and did not return them. She did not show me where the apartment is, because it is very difficult to find it between the corridors and spans for the staff, in the other wing, there was an apartment at 1:00 in the morning. I went myself and spent 15 minutes looking for accommodation, so I'm very upset. She closed the door after me and didn't let me in so I could ask her. How to get to the apartment. I write emails to Russian Towers asking them to refund my 220 euro deposit. They don't even answer my emails and don't transfer my friend's account to a Polish bank because I don't have a Polish bank account. I have an Emirates Bank account. But she said that she would not transfer money there because they did not want to spend money on transfer and transfer fees. This is the most unwelcoming and most disgusting trip to Poland through this company that I have ever had. I am so upset with the attitude of the staff in my direction that I want to complain about this company.

Het uitzicht vanuit dit appartement is top! Appartement is modern ingericht. Minpuntjes zijn toch wel de badkamer met een zeer ongemakkelijke douche. Daarnaast was de slaapkamer niet erg schoon en zijn de vele lichtschakelaars erg moeilijk te begrijpen. Ook de zeer grote parkeergarage waarin je makkelijk verdwaald tussen de duurste auto's is een beetje lastig. Kortom, prima locatie met een waanzinnig uitzicht!

Super lejlighed med udsigt over byen

Vi boede i en super lejlighed på 35. etage med udsigt over byen. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand til centrum, og der er offentlig transport tæt på. Vi rejste 2 voksne og 2 teenagere, og der var god plads til os alle. Sky Tower har parkering, restauranter og mulighed for indkøb af dagligvarer. Kan kun anbefale lejligheden og beliggenheden.

Tym razem mocno się zawiodłem

To był mój kolejny pobyt w apartamentach AVESA, ale tym razem bardzo się zawiodłem. Zarezerwowany apartament znajdował się na 16. piętrze (a nie na 41. jak ostatnio), był w dużo gorszym stanie, nie był wyposażony w wannę spa (a zgodnie z opisem miał być). Zastawa kuchenna (talerze i filiżanki) wyglądały jak kupione na pchlim targu, kieliszki "zbierane", łyżeczka do herbaty tylko jedna w apartamencie przeznaczonym dla 4 osób... Brakuje stołu jadalnianego, choć zgodnie z opisem miał być "osobny kącik jadalny". Nie ma biurka do pracy. Dodatkowo, rano recepcja jest zamknięta, klucze trzeba wrzucić do skrzynki, a jak czegoś się zapomni zabrać z apartamentu to już strata gościa... właściciele rano nie odbierają telefonu. Co więcej, za pobyt do dziś nie otrzymałem faktury - "recepcja" nie mogła jej wystawić, prosiłem mailowo ale nic to nie dało...

The apartment it s very new and modern. Everything it s perfect. The view it s amazing day and nighttime too. Definetly it s one of my favourite apartment where i will come back nearly future. Location is perfect too.. walkable to city centre.
