Appartement storniert kurz vor Check in

Wir haben das Appartement über weihnachten gebucht um die Familie zu besuchen. Weniger als 24std vorher wurde dies ohne genannten Grund storniert (kein anruf, einfach per Mail). Wir waren schon auf dem Weg nach Breslau. Die zustöndige Renters.sp.zoo waren zunächst totsl unprofessionell und haben uns nicht mgeholfen. Nach vielen hin und her hsben sie uns bei dee suche unterstützt. Aber das Vertrauen war weg. Würde hier nicht mehr bichen. uns

Our birthday/christmas stay

The location is amazing. Very spacious. Comfy beds. Well equipped. Again fantastic location. Just a brilliant break with amazing views. Smell coming from the bathroom. A christmas tree would of been nice. Also when we asked to extend the charge was more than the nightly rate i’d paid. As a serviced accommodation owner in the uk i would normally do this at a discounted rate to the rate already paid. So this is why we declined Also the wifi drops our a lot, this can happen with a mobile supplier

Gute Lage, kurze Wege

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, mitten am gut besuchten Rynek. Alle Schlafzimmer gehen zum Rynek. Für junge Leute gut geeignet. Leider nur 2 Stühle für den Tisch vorhanden.
