“We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation”

“Overall, it was a good experience, the staff were very helpful and courteous.
Wasn't satisfied with the water heating system and the internet.
The water gets cold on you while taking a shower and the internet, well, slow and sometimes unavailable.
They did come up with solutions to this, but it was a repeated issue.”
