"The property was obviously under new management. The cafeteria style restaurant was out of everything. No spoons and limited forks. Many of the menu items were not available. No gravy for biscuits & gravy, no roasted chicken or beef. Bar had no limes or tonic water. The coffee bar was out of milk and understaffed. The rooms were nice but lighting was poor. One small mirror over the bathroom sink. Not adequate for 2 people. No other mirrors. Beds were too firm. Percolator style coffeemaker was difficult to use and made poor coffee. There was no area at the lodge to gather. Information screens in each lodge didn’t give any weather information. Only the main lobby one did. There were 6 of us so we had 3 rooms and all had the same complaints. It was poorly managed."
