Logement agréable mais peu entretenu

Le logement est agréable avec sa grande salle de jeux et l'environnement est super pour faire des balades, raquettes, ... Parcontre le logement est très mal entretenu, le gestionnaire est difficilement joignable et il ne fait pas son boulot (pas de check out, et c'est nous qui avons dû lui dire ce qu'il manquait, lui rappeler les réservations de draps plusieurs fois, lui demander de changer les alaises tachées de sang et de nous apporter les oreillers qu'il manquait.). Dans le logement il n'y avait pas assez de verres d'eau, juste assez de couverts, on a dû racheter les verres à vin, la machine à café déconne, et la rambarde des escaliers (raides) du haut bouge beaucoup ce qui est dangereux...

Spacieux, plein de place pour se poser dans les salons, les chambres, manger tous ensemble. D’eux réfrigérateurs et un congélateurs : au top ! Mais manque de couverts et de verres pour les repas et deux chaises de tables sont à changer. Problème de sécurité : la rambarde d’escalier et la barrière pour la chambre sous les combles ne tiendront pas un appui ou une chute, ne pas y envouer d’enfants.

Panoramika "Die Unterkunft war schmutzig und nicht gut vorbereitet. Das Gras wucherte , die Küche sehr unordentlich, unter der Spüle ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. nicht gelüftet. Bis wir empfangen wurden dauerte es 30 min. Die Agency vor Ort spricht kein Englisch , wir konnten uns nicht verständigen. Der Mitarbeiter der Agency war bemühet und kam am nächsten Tag um den Rasen zu mähen. Das Haus weißt etliche Mängel auf. Die Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand. Dreckiges Geschirr, im Bad waren die Lampen defekt. Das Haus gehört dringend generalüberholt."
