「We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected 」

「A few things aren't going to be perfect in a community in the middle of the jungle. With that expectation this was more than what we thought it would be. Close to beach and not far from downtown Tulum. Very nice place.」

「Beautiful serene and peaceful. We loved being surrounded by nature. Extremely safe. We felt very welcomed and cared for, every question and concern was addressed quickly. This is a place to come for true relaxation, especially if you are seeking a quiet getaway. We are so grateful for our time in paradise. Thank you 」

「A little off the path, so worth it to go! Maria guided me in after dark (by phone, in English)and was there to attend to my needs(refreshing welcome drink)as well as give personal attention to every guest I saw come and go. The staff also gave great service, the restaurant onsite had many choices, all food I had was excellent, delicious actually! A well thought out garden design and lovely pool. A perfect mini paradise, I’m coming back to stay longer. Thank you for sharing your dreams 🙏」

「Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. 」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
