The staff was phenomenal, service was Devine. Free shuttle service from D2 Hcmc provided if needed. Husband had food poisoning prior to arrival and staff sent get well fruit platter with a card was very sweet. Our room was on the highest level floor 17th with ocean view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best Banh Xeo/Banh Khot! Thank you for the experience, we will come back with our children.

The front desk/ manager was delightful, our room was on 17th floor ocean view, absolutely beautiful! 24hr gym is downstairs as well as breakfast buffet. Breakfast was spectacular, highly recommend. They even offer honeycomb honey :) the beach was a walk away. Free shuttle bus from hcmc to & from which makes travelling to Melia very easy. Will come back :))

The only negative reoccuring issue were when some of the staffing that lack the understanding of English and simply just nodded or seem to recite a script which had nothing to do with the question asked. Also there were employees that did not provide service but kept asking for reviews which was off putting. Also a lot of the activities the employee in charge did not explain anything and just give you the fishing pole or just put you in the boat, we were hoping some guidance but ended up just having to figure things on our own.

The resort is wonderful. We stayed in a Level Villa - which was a next level experience. Great service with dedicated staff, free poolside cocktails daily and beautiful villa with private pool. This was a real wow experience and would recommend it highly. It is more of a destination though and not a lot around outside of the resort. We added this to a HCM trip, which was really the best of both worlds. Would go again.

This property is as advertised! I love this place and will visit again. The rooms were very clean. The large pool was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. We checked in during the week so the facility was a lot more quieter, which was really nice. We checked out Friday, when it got really busy with weekenders arriving. I’d definitely stay here again but during the week, not the weekend.

All the things are best except on restrant for breakfast. It should level up in fast. Will make down to the whole image on Melia if not. The hostesses and all staffs dont know how to service just keep watching status. For the food, it was worst on my tour life since some of food spiled out..

Very nice resort. Check in/ out process is fast. Customer service staff is perfect. Just a little shock for me when they charge us almost $7 for a small broken cup ( which actual cost less than $1) in the bathroom because my mom accidentally dropped it on the floor .

Great place to go if you are looking to relax. Spending time at the beach and in the pool. It was what we were looking for. The only downside is the only food available was from the restaurants on the property. The property is not very near anywhere else. If you are only there for a couple of nights then it is fine.

Nice and relaxing resort. Very kind and helpful staff. Wonderful villa. Various food options - also healthy, delicious and beautifully presented. Various activities: beach (you can lend body boards), bicycles are available, lawn with various games, yoga and tai chi. I can really recommend the spa. I had terrible back pain when I arrived, but with some treatments it was fixed.

It's a hidden gem. A bit of a drive from the airport, but a beautiful resort on the beach and the staff is very nice and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa with a private pool. Dinner was good & the staff at the restaurant was amazing. Brunch was also a plus. I would return two this hotel.

Luxury hotel
I cannot overstate how wonderful this resort is. After a busy holiday, spending 4 nights here at the end of our time in Vietnam was perfect. The resort is gorgeous, with lots of activities but the best thing for us was the swim up bar, in the pool right on the beach. There's not a ton of food options and we preferred eating at the beach bar in the evening but there was enough choice for us. We stayed in a junior suite in the tower which had amazing views. The service was good all round and they even helped to organise a birthday surprise for me! It's quite pricy for Vietnam but honestly worth it if you're looking to splash out on a bit of luxury. We also got the free transfer from HCM which was easy & great!

Lovely resort, great place to relax
Highly recommend if you want to relax. The resort is perfect, very modern, lots of landscaping. The staff and welcoming and the restaurants good. There is a complex nearby with a few restaurants but after from that not much else around. The area is being developed so not doubt it will change in a year or two. We enjoyed our stay and would come back, super place to chill after the buzz of Ho Chi Minh

Beautiful property right on the beach. The grounds on the property is very nicely maintained. The complimentary 2 hr/day bike rental makes it easy to explore the property. The only complaint is about the food. Not as good as expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Check-in is really easy and the receptionist is really friendly. His name is Marcus. I really enjoy staying at this resort. I liked the outside movie at night, but didn’t have time to ride a bicycle (it is free for 2 hours). I will come back here again if I have time during this summer in VietNam or in December of this year.
