"I liked it ... it was kind of a vintage Resort that you could tell at one time it was a hotspot. It's been kept up the bathroom is very modern there's always room for improvements meaning the grounds on the outside could have more improvements more activities the fire pits don't like look like they've been used in a long time, but it was a nice quiet location and it was cool to see the tide come in and out."

"Cute place and right on the beach! The staircase up to the bedrooms are not good for older people or small children but you have beach access right out your back door."

"The proximity to the ocean waves and the places to sit and watch them are excellent! The grounds are lovely, and the rooms are clean. Every person working there was friendly and helpful. The shops have a nice variety of goods, and good hours of being open. I recommend the Fireside Motel."

"Everything in the description is true and then some. We slept so well listening to the waves and 2 of the bedrooms have views of the ocean from the bed! The fully stocked kitchen included fixings for Belgian waffles and S'mores.(bring your own eggs) There are too many simple touches to name them all...we felt comfortable and welcome and at home. It was just my husband and myself and we had a cozy quiet time but I want to bring the kids and grandkids next time "
