"Convenient, lovely and clean condo. Very well appointed with everything for our stay. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that the wine bar on the ground floor has a large noisy refrigerator that is directly below the main bedroom and we could hear it intermittently during the night. The noise sounded like the refrigerator might need repairs or replacement. If you’re not a light sleeper, it’s a relatively minir issue. Overall, the place was very comfortable. "

"The owner has many properties, so if one is looking for a warm and personal encounter with the owner of an individual property, you won't find that here. That said, the property was well-appointed and felt homey.What stood out was the location. Uniquely situated on a bay, the location provided a view perpendicular to the waves (at high tide) and close-and-personal with the seagulls (at low tide). We could sit for hours mesmerized by nature. "

"We have stayed at various spots on the coast, and yachats in particular, for years and we would absolutely stay here again!The cottage was sweetly appointed, clean, convenient, and the amenities well thought out. The brief time we did need to reach out to the host (ahead of even arriving just to check route recommendations, they were prompt and helpful). The hot tub was fantastic, clean and private without feeling too far or closed off. Would def recommend a pair of flip flops for the few feet to get there if you have sensitive feet. The fireplace was such an awesome thing to be able to cozy up next too after a day of exploring. The bedroom was comfortable and well stocked with any extras.Well absolutely be adding this to our list of favorites for the future, thank you so much for having us! :)"
