Clean and tidy with great views of the water. Close to great dining options. Unfortunately it’s very old with noisy, clunky doors that slam all up and down the hallway. We had a lovely 3 night stay - very comfortable 1 bdrm unit / fabulous location - loved water views - husband had his own kayak but owner had spares for use 👍 very comfy bed - walkable ti everything we needed or wanted / will definitely come back
