Crowne Plaza - nice hotel to relax in Hailng Islan
Crowne Plaza is a nice big hotel with spacious rooms. We had a so called family room ( 70 sqm) . These rooms have a small privat pool in front of the terrace . Perfect place to relax. Big garden and live music in the evening in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel and location
This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Staff were friendly. Most spoke english. It is off season so feels like I had hotel to myself. Only downside was the two large bugs I killed in my room.

由於是季節緣故，客人很少，感覺很幽靜，舒服，適合度假。

陽光海灘
位置比較遠離中心區，酒店附近都沒有的士，如不是自駕游，出入會有點不方便，只能在酒店內用餐，而酒店到沙灘非常近，水也算過得去，但海浪太大，不太適合游泳，還好酒店的泳池很大，很舒服，房間算是整潔，總體是可以的，但房價實在是太貴了！

由於靠近海灘，地板難免留下客人帶進的砂粒，建議旅客離開後，可以用吸塵器吸一下地板。

酒店位置、 房間整潔度都滿意。但酒店服務質素有待改善，入住當天氣溫約29度，但酒店房間沒空調，只有風。電話向酒店反映，無反應，到大堂接待處，仍不得要領，只分咐你到房間等15-30分鐘應會好些。最後調來了一技工到房內檢查，檢查結果係話機房未接到酒店order開空調。再到接待見當值經理，答案一樣...等 晚飯到餐廳時仍未有空調，風扇欠奉，整餐飯大汗小汗。 直至8點回房才感到一點點微涼，整體酒店服務水平...失望。

酒店環境不錯，規模幾大，但泳池好邋遢，個沙灘好玩。周邊未夠完善，或者一兩年後會好D。應該會再去。

前台職員態度很好，盡可滿足我們的需要。酒店環境還算可以，但溫泉池內不夠干淨，內有雜物，希望改進。

不错的度假体验
酒店配套一般，但是海滩非常天然。酒店人员很热情但感觉缺乏培训，早餐一般。酒店的位置离市区非常近，非常适合自驾游，总的来说是一次很不错的体验，下次还会再来。

风景不错
在海边，风景很好。酒店的园景也确实很不错，装修设计等硬件也是很不错的。遗憾的是服务的细节做得不够，比如房间内的一次性牙膏，居然是不知道名字的山寨货，味道很奇怪。我入住的当晚，房间并没有准备牙具和浴帽等等，要我们打电话到前台去要。自助的西式早餐，有一个火腿肉是变味的。厨师在做粉面的时候居然用手把落在碗外的面条掐断！用手抓菜去煮！对于一个这样星级的酒店， 看到这些实在是大打折扣。

適合本地人開車去渡週末。酒店地理位置偏僻，雖是保利開發的，但一切尚未成氣候，五星酒店居然連shuttle bus都沒有，非自駕遊的外地遊客極其不方便。客房格局還行，裝飾也還行，訂了間豪華客房開門進去就發現桌上各種油漬未擦，洗手間有下水道臭味，浴室的下水蓋上纏了很多頭髮也未打掃，極其噁心，客房服務動作極其緩慢，不知是不是人手不夠，打了三次電話才晃過來
