“We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, we were moved to another suite which is fabulous and sleep well. Overall, hotel room is much bigger than average and is closed to every theme park (without 5 min drive by uber). Highly recommend.……

“Almost no hot water supply. The sanitary fittings are loosed. The water flow rate is extremely low. The washing machine was not working. Air-con is also not really you can control the temperature. This is the hotel you should try and other 3-star hotel you will find them nice. Extremely disappointed and swear to God will not come back again”

“Great stay with 2 young kids. We had a 1 bed apartment and it was perfect. Breakfast at Sidekicks in WB was great every morning. Kids club was a bonus! Betty did a great job with housekeeping. This hotel may not have the flash of some other hotels close by but it is incredibly practical and they have so many details covered to make a memorable and comfortable stay with the family. Shout out to the friendly valet parking attendants as well, great service every time. ”

“要玩亞斯島,住這邊就對了,還依據人數面費贈送門票,我們吃了早餐和晚餐,晚餐當場和飯店加訂也是很容易有座位和住房優惠。走路可到華納兄弟樂園,要到其他的樂園就要請飯店叫一下計程車比較快。 入住飯店時,我們在前往飯店的計程車上遺漏一了一件行李,裡面有小朋友的遊樂器材,感謝現場服務人員kayla、christine、elizabeth等人的協助,用電話幫我們溝通計程車送回,有被收合理的計程車送回車資,但行李對我們來說才是最重要的,物品也都沒遺漏, 滿分的飯店,餐飲和服務人員,推薦大家來入住。”
