“Great host, very responsive. My family felt comfortable and felt like a home away from home since we had to stay a while due to repairs being done on our home.”

“It's too expensive！”

“The house was very spacious and had a nice backyard space. Beds were clean and comfortable, Some areas of the house could have been a bit cleaner.”

“place was beautiful and clean. only complaint is the TV's should at least have basic cable including ESPN, major networks, ect. not everyone likes streaming channels where you cannot watch everyday sports and programs”

“Great clean apartment.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable.”

“10/10 overall- we loved the house!”

“Perfect location for us! So much within walking distance. It was great to have more space than a traditional hotel room, as well as a full kitchen. Only negative is the noise. It is such a busy area and right in the hospital district, so sirens, traffic, and the bus stop on the street right outside the building made it very noisy all night. However, if you can sleep through noise - I'd highly recommend staying here!”

“Perfect location!”

“Ivy was very responsive to my questions and is a great host. Her place is a lovely refuge in West Philly. The surrounding area can be a bit sketch, but loved her place and the garden out back. Appreciated the air conditioning and the pristine basement laundry space complete with supplies. Super clean. Plenty of big fluffy towels, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner. Many vacation rentals seem to be foregoing/skimping in the amenity area, so it was a pleasure to not have to worry about that. Great……

“The floors need mopping. Was quite dirty to be honest.”

“The host welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. The house was exactly as described. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking my coffee. It was a quiet area and convenient to many of our destinations. Highly recommend.”
