"Biggest issue was the AC. We were gone all day at a conference and would get back after 9. When we arrived at 4 the day before our conference it was almost 80 inside and when we went to bed after 10 or was still hot. But morning it cooled bit then we left and left the AC running because we needed it cooled when we came home. I figured out it was the thermo programming and changed it so that it wouldn't happen that day for our last night. Somehow someone turned it back up another warm night. Schedule want changed? Another warm night. They were 8 adults in there and that wasn't fun. Communication was got it miss, probably less than half of the time I'd get a response. Place was clean, nice, and convenient to our conference otherwise. "
"Thee area was not bad. The property was well maintained, and the hotel itself was fairly safe. For a Friday night, I didn't see or hear any group gatherings or parties going on at the hotel. The room (bed, floor, sink, toilet, and tub) were all very BUT when we looked up is when we saw a very big problem. The cieling has a lot of spot where black mold had formed and there was black mold along the entire area where the walls met the cieling. Then we found black mold on the adjoining door doorframe. We also found it in the bathroom and inside the shower facit. It was late and we only were staying one night so we decided to stay as the be and bathroom was clean. No concern there. If you have a n option though, please do not stay at this hotel. The corporate office needs to look into this hotel as it is a very hazardous condition. "
"The lake house was nice and came with lots of extra amenities (coffee, soap, shampoo, etc.). We enjoyed the canoe and location was great. We went to Old Towne Lilburn and surrounding Atlanta areas, the aquarium, 1910 Public House, Chicago Pizza, M&J Country Buffet and Yellow River Animal Sanctuary. "
