“临时约朋友春节后去二世古滑雪，当地酒店要么根本订不上，要么就死贵，终于找到这家，帮朋友一家三口订了房，然后订了我自己的。但是在我自己预订时，日期选错了（应该是二月，选了三月的）。订完之后才发现，与hotels.com联系，回复说因酒店政策无法退款，便直接与酒店联系。该酒店在东京办事处的人立刻回复邮件，表示可以全额退款。然后又帮我重新订了二月的房，而且价格非常优惠。坏事变好事，太感动了！ 这个酒店房东、经理都是美国人，客人也大部分是欧美人士（我们住宿期间赶上一个瑞典的团），气氛很好，相比那些已经被嘈杂的中国人占领的大型酒店，我更喜欢这份清净和异国情调。该酒店位于二世古滑雪区域的边缘（花园），但离308缆车非常近，可以从这里一路上到山顶。酒店每天有免费滑雪接送，实际上非常便利。”

“We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch. “The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay……
