Quite far from the airport. The breakfast buffet was very good! The room is nice and quiet, the bathroom with bidet is the best. I'll choose this place again if ever i come back here.

I definitely like the Natural Hot Spring public bath experience. After public bath hotel still serve free flow ice cream and ramen as a supper. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay — clean room, rooftop public bath, massage chairs, and also a delicious breakfast spread. Convenient, walking distance to train station. Check-in & check-out was a breeze.

We chose this property because it had a mineral onsen, but there were many other great features: breakfast buffet, helpful friendly staff, and great location with restaurants and train service nearby.

I like their Hot spring and snack. But I don’t like a Bumpy road to JR Kawasaki station. It’s a bit hard to roll luggages!

The location hotel is an economical option outside of Tokyo when traveling to Japan. Very close to Tokyo, Henada airport, and Yokohoma another big city that should be visited. Conveniently located with close walking distance to subway stations and airport shuttles. However, dining around the area is not as diversified compared to other cities.

Acceptable choice for budget hotel
I found it to be a decent budget-friendly option for a short stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its reasonable pricing, making it an acceptable choice for those on a budget. However, there were a couple of aspects that caught my attention. The bedside table and wardrobe in the room were quite compact, making it a challenge for two persons to comfortably utilize these spaces. It felt a bit cramped, especially for a more extended stay where ample storage and surface area become essential. Another point worth noting is the additional charge for room cleaning. While some hotels offer this service as part of the package, which may come as a surprise to guests expecting standard housekeeping services included in the room rate.

This place used to be immaculately clean, hopefully they can trained their staff or hire a new team of cleaners the dust on the dashboard and the bathroom commode have dried pee all over and you you tell there not as Terrell as it used to be, this was our to go hotel for years and years however we are disappointed how the property was dirty.

Excellent facilities - spa and laundry room very well organized. 15th flor vending and library space is good. Dislike: no coffee shop except 7-11 attached. However excellent bakery/cafe nearby. also near many restaurants and cafe's.

We enjoyed the hotel, super convenient from the train station, the breakfast is really good. I gave it a 4 because the beds and the pillows are really hard so my back was sore after 4 nights. They also don't tell you on the website that you can't use the onsen if you have tattoos so beware of that. Its comparable to everywhere else that we have stayed in that area.

Writing this review for foreign visitors. There are 2 particular issues that bothers me and resulted in my low overall rating. (1) The posted procedure in the laundry room on the 15/f is not what needs to be followed. For the general shared machines (there have a separate section with machines for female customers only), you do *not* need to request a key. I will spare the details but it had costs me an extra hour of sleep time as I have to literally stand in the room waiting for the first available washer. For the hour of lost sleep, I reduce 1 star for this review. (2) They have a poster in the elevator about "Request regarding payment of disposal fee for baggage, etc.". In the content of the notice, it mentioned of increasing cases of guests leaving unwanted gift box of purchased items as garbage. Hence they need customer to pay a disposal fee. The fee is 1,500 yen. I am totally disagreeing with this notice from the principal point of view, The cost is insignificant compare to other travelling expanses. It is just absurd to charge customer for disposable fee. This makes me take 2 stars from the review.. On the flip side, I would like to point out what I liked: - Custodial/operation team really kept the property clean. I really appreciate their efforts! THANK YOU! - Unlike some other properties, room has individual climate control capability. But unfortunately, I will not return to this property as a tourist.

Nice hotel for tourists. There is access to a 7-11 in the lobby. Free ice pops and yogurt drinks at night. The hot bath is nice, but I think that it closes too early. Lot’s of restaurants and metro station close by.

It was a relatively smooth stay here and surprisingly great experience for a hotel with an onsen. There are a lot of great things such as free drinks, free ice cream, and free noodles at night that all comes with the hotel. I added on breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the breakfast a lot when I stayed here where I got to eat like what the locals usually eat for breakfast (less international, more local kind of breakfast). The onsen were great too and was a very authentic experience, but do ask the staff if you are unsure on the protocols as there are quite a lot to follow when using an onsen. Overall, a great experience and will definitely come back here if I'm back.

I was very satisfied with my stays including the .
Black hot spring, free ice cream and Yakult, free half noodles in the evening. I appreciated it very much. The only disappointments were that there was mold on the air conditioner vent and filter, and that the pillows and bed mattress were too hard for me.

The place is located around food and shopping which is great. I had my 1 year old and 7 year old with us and we felt safe walking arounf at night. It's close to the train station and Haneda airport.

The location is convenient and quiet. The reception is not at the front of arrival hall, although the staff were welcoming. The car park entry not sensitive and have to drive almost onto the barrier bar before it open.
