This Hotel was amazing. The location was great because the train is literally like 2 mins away. The staff was so helpful and nice . We were going to Kyoto and Osaka for a few days and they were willing to hold our luggage’s so we rebooked with them because of how great the service was. If we ever come back to Japan they will be our first choice .

日本出張や帰国するときにいつもお世話になってます。 今回ランドリーの機会が新しくなっていて、１台で洗濯とドライヤーが出来るのでさらに便利になったなと思いました。 普段はジムを使うのですが、ウェイトトレーニングの器具がないのがちょっと残念だなと思います。狭いスペースですが、ダンベルとベンチ、ケーブルマシンくらいあっても良いかなと思います。 ご参考まで。

The room is very clean and quiet. The staffs are friendly. The hotel location is very convenient, close to JR station and shopping mall, only 25 mins to Hamada airport.

Great location, our room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. This hotel is a good value for money I don't know how many years it has been around but it seemed new/excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property. This was our families second time staying and we came back simply because we enjoyed our stay so much the first time. Super convenient location with tons of options for food and shopping and connected by a bridge to the train station so you can easily grab a train to get around.

The best hotel I've stayed in Japan, so far. Front desk staff are very friendly, always smiling and greeting you, and also very helpful. We misplaced a room key and there was no problem, and no cost, at replacing it for us. The hotel is right next to Kawasaki JR which makes it very convenient. Numerous stores and malls located within a few minutea walk from the hotel. Plenty of food and dining options as well, along with 2 convenient stores nearby, one of which is literally metres away from the hotel doors. Room was clean, and good sized. The room view was overlooking the train tracks but there was no noise from the passing trains. The bathroom was large and it was very handy having the bath and shower in its own separate area within the bathroom. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Japan. Highly recommended.

The hotel was top tier, the staff were super helpful and the coffee shop in the lobby is delightful! The hotel is in a great location right next to the subway and the mall, as well as a short walk from the river for some peaceful calm in Tokyo. A great place to stay!

Amazing hotel, highly recommend. Room was very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Shower/ bath combination was very nice after a long flight. Very clean. Convenient location next to Kawasaki station but still quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A lovely clean hotel a few mins from Kawasaki station and Lazona shopping center Breakfast was excellent, I looked forward to it each morning! Had an issue with being overcharged for laundry which was disappointing but the manager helped address the problem Will stay again

Excellent customer service. Very kind, helpful and support staff. They helped us call two taxis for all our 6 ridiculous luggage and carry on. They were helpful in our luggage storage along with delivery to our room. Best customer service. Our room was also amazing. Fantastic bathroom with separate toilet and fancy sprayer. There was also a door separating the toilet from bathing area. It was spacious for how small Tokyo is. There was a shower with a top head shower spray along with a deep soaking bath tub. It felt so great and spacious, so relaxing. The bed was a regular queen size bed with a sofa couch in the side. We also had breakfast at the hotel which was buffet style and loved all the options and variety. They had from Japanese tradition dishes to more Americanized dishes. Would definitely recommend and would completely stay there again when I come back.

Stayed for one night before we flew from Haneda. It’s a great alternative to staying at a more expensive airport hotel. The best bathroom we experienced in Japan. Very good buffet breakfast apart from the coffee
