“Stayed here recently and honestly, it was a great spot. Super clean, comfy, and the location is perfect—right on Kokusai Street, so everything’s within walking distance. The capsule setup was cozy, and the shared areas were well-kept and quiet. One thing to note: during my stay, a male guest accidentally used the women’s restroom. The staff handled it quickly and said they’d improve signage and add more privacy measures, which I appreciated. Just a heads-up for female travelers to stay aware,……

“We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. I have sent an email on the second night to ask for replacement of towel, etc but receive no reply from the hotel. And thus, no towel replacement is happened during the entire stay. Honestly speaking, we will not choose this hotel again if we return to Okinnawa.”

“The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, so getting around is easy even without a car. The staff provide excellent service and were very helpful in arranging taxis whenever we needed one. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the window overlooking the ocean is absolutely beautiful. The only drawback is that parking spaces are limited, so if you’re driving, it’s best to arrive early!”
