Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "Amazing site, spacious rooms, we had a his/hers side, each with own bathroom, TV, and balcony: one side for couch, other for hot tub and bed! Free water, Let's Be coffee and Aloe drink, wifi was great as well.
Manager very responsive, let me know site check in time was incorrect (arrived after 3pm), but allowed for earlier check in (usually 5pm I believe)."

"This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent.
The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities.
This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that.

"Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andazโs but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."
"Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member."
