Steps from Longsands! Dog-Friendly, Family Beach House With Oceanfront Views!

This is a large 4 bedroom , three story family style home. A former Inn called the "Sea Breeze"! There are plenty of couches and a futon, a great supplement for extra beds. The ground level changing stalls and spacious shower is wonderful after a long day in the sun! The 40 foot three season porch has comfortable seating and amazing view of the Nubble Light House as well as Boon Island. The house is located on a double lot, which provides an ample sized grassy yard for countless activities.

Short sands is less than 2 miles away.

This is our second stay in this house. It is a great location directly across from long sands beach. It is a 10 minute walk to the ice cream shop. Ample sleeping area and listening to the ocean waves crash as you fall asleep is amazing. Will definitely try to rent again in the future. Owners are quick to respond to messages and questions.

Such an ideal location! The house is large enough for all ten of us. We have four children and six adults. Plenty of beds with a great breeze through the windows at night. We watched a storm over the ocean, fireworks by Nubble light and seals all from the enclosed front porch! Very clean and comfortable. The owner is a joy to work with!

This comfy home is in the perfect location! Easy beach access and the best front porch(enclosed ) to see Nubble light, sailboats and fire works! Very clean and family friendly ! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners were helpful, responsive and a delight. The house was everything we wanted, from the location to the great spaces inside the house for us to gather together or to have some alone time. The front porch is an absolute delight for the sunrise and the back porch for amazing sunsets. There were great toys for the kiddos to play on that kept them occupied for hours when we needed a break from the beach. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed. Just a fantastic time and already have our next trip booked!

We were so happy to find this home to stay in for our family get away! This home was in the perfect location and had everything you need. The front porch is the gem of this house as it faces the ocean and the watching the sunrise every morning was amazing, we spent so much time on the porch just enjoying the view and each others company. We had a fabulous time at the beach house at york! Can’t beat the view and the proximity to the beach. It was very roomy and perfect for a larger group. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the salt air breeze. Loved the fire pit and the front porch! Thank you for a great stay.

Kind and wonderful owners made sure we had everything we needed to ensure another fantastic year. The property is cozy and the location cannot be beat! We appreciated not having to wrestle and strap in the kiddos in to go to the beach.
