“Room wasn’t ready until nearly 530 pm. But staff was great! Lulu’s has amazing food!”

“hot tub was broken and there was no prior notice pool was pretty cold for being a "heated pool" staff was rarely at front desk, but were helpful when i did see them great location”

“Very good location and comfortable able bed.Arrived early, so I expected room wouldn't be available. I asked to use bathroom, and was told there were none available. Nearest one was public facilities at beach a mile away. Not very hospitable after a 2 1/2 hour ride. In addition, there are no hair dryers or iron in room, so be aware.”

“Location Location Location! Steps from the beach. Parking included. We made our morning coffee in our room, crossed the road and sat on the stairs to the beach in our pjs. Dinner and drinks on their rooftop terrace. We could have had their chowder for breakfast, lunch and supper. Pretty perfect!”

“The property was old, dingy and very dated. Dirty carpets, rusted light fixtures, bed linens ripped, stained and towels were old, dirty and discolored. Everything was about 60 years old with no updates. Location was great but would NOT recommend staying here. There are 3 other updated hotels similar price next to this one.”

“Accommodations were very clean! AC was good. parking was good, but tight for 2 cars as we rented the 2 bedroom suite, so we had 3 couples in 2 cars. So, we were not sure how to park for 2 cars and needed to park one of the cars at another location. please leave spare garbage bags to use for the trash bucket in the kitchen as the trash started to overflow on the 3rd day of our visit. We used our shopping bags for the trash that did not fit in the trash bucket. Not a big deal, but it would……

“I requested a room accessible for my 90 year old mother with a walker. We got that. I asked the front desk woman if there was another entrance to the pool because the one at the entrance had many stairs. She said no. Another traveler in the lobby told me there is one around the back. The staff member said they never took her around the property and trained her when the woman said that. They play music all day and night until 10:30pm outside my room by a speaker. I requested it be turned off and……

“staff is very helpful and if we would’ve forgotten anything they had it for us. And I loved that it was a dog friendly hotel and we get to see some pets while we were there. I do wish it had a hot tub in the pool, balcony room to be able to smoke outside without going down three floors to the parking lot but everything else was perfect.”
