“We love staying at this hotel with kids ages 16-9. It’s close to everything either by walking or car. The splash pad my kids have sadly aged out of but it’s still great to have. We now spend more time at the outdoor ping pong tables and corn hole. We also appreciate the mini golf. The lights don’t work well enough for us to play in the wooded area after dark but it’s nice to have it as an option. We keep saying we are going to bring glow in the dark balls and headlamps and forget. Breakfast is……

“Not going to try this one again. Bare bones as far as amenities. TVs never worked. Noisy.”

“The resort was nice and the amenities were great. Nice river pool with lazy river and the pool at the fitness center was nice. The one bedroom condo was spacious and clean albeit the living area a bit dark. My only complaint is that there were spider webs everywhere. There doesn’t appear to be much outdoor maintenance even in the balcony attached to the unit. Other than that everything was great! We enjoyed our stay! .”

“Great wolf is always a great time and a favorite of our geandchildren. But the room we got remained very warm and muggy even with AC on and we had a leak and n our bathroom from the room above us. They addressed the leak immediately and provided breakfast vouchers for our group. The resort may just need some upgrades due to its age. But great experience overall.”

“Overall a great stay! Much nicer than what I had expected. We rented a two bedroom town-house, which actually had a third room which was a "sun-room" with a sofa-bed and TV instead of having the sofa-bed in the living room. The unit was very clean, spacious and had marvelous working AC. The gym was a good size and had a lot of equipment, plus a sauna and steam room, Loved the 3 tiered swimming pool with nearby splash pad. The pool was warm and had two large shallow sections which were perfect……

“They overbooked so I was not able to get the accommodations I paid for nor did I get a discount for the room that was given to me. Was alerted the day before that the pool was not available and under maintenance. The pool was dry looks like it wasn’t in use for awhile . The receptionist said she would charge a lower rate that didn’t happen Not returning”

“It was comfortable spacious and had all the comforts of home. Kid friendly pool area and free hot chocolate was a great treat. Great location if you plan on multiple days. Parking seemed challenging some nights but property provided remote overfill parking lot. Close to outlet shopping, restaurants .”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Amazing property grounds”

“The hot tub inside the room did not work. There was a leak coming from the ceiling directly above the hot tub.”

“Most everything was tolerable despite being in poor condition in the room, but the staff for the breakfast room was rude and not helpful when simple things like a refill of the coffee dispenser was requested.”
