Great little lodge

We had a great stay, small problem with hot tub but was sorted within the hour, very good customer service and lovely place. Buses run straight past going into York

Nice well maintained lodge but there were a couple negatives, we did not have any phone signal in th

Nice well maintained lodge but there were a couple negatives, we did not have any phone signal in the lodge and it was a bit cold at night, boiler had a note on it not to touch settings but only seemed to be set for hot water and not for radiators. We did change temperature on thermostat but made no difference to heating.The hot tub was good but when we changed the settings for the water jets a lot of debris came out of the corner jets and one of the headrests were broken.None of these negatives points would stop me returning as enjoyed my time at the lodge
