Lovely stay in a York Lodge for 4 nights.

Lovely stay in a York Lodge for 4 nights. Very standard lodge. Needing some TLC. Beds were comfy enough. Hot tub was prefect. Few things to note, no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen (luckily we took some). No pillows on the sofa which isn’t the end of the world but would make it that little bit more comfy. Shower downstairs tray would fill up really quickly and didn’t drain very well. Lastly, the outdoor area isn’t fenced off, so we were unable to leave our door open in the heat with a toddler and dog. Or even a something to block the door if it was open. Overall, lovely stay and we were lucky with the weather. Just a few bits that would have made the stay prefect. Also, £100 pre auth is taken on arrival which we weren’t made an aware of before getting there.
