Beautiful place to stay. Good location, in town within 10 mins. Check in was a bit late due to the cleaner still cleaning, but didnt really delay us. Would stay there again

Lovely cosy apartment and with it being only a 20 minute walk into town was amazingly convenient and saved having to look for parking in York town centre. Nice comfy bed too!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a modern refurbishment in a terraced house. It was well decorated and the fixtures and fittings are a balanced mixture of modern and traditional. There are some nice surprise features too - an excellent fan and a nicely stocked kitchen (tea, coffee, condiments and herb and spices). The bathroom is modern with a powerful shower. The bath towels are BIG - well suited for my large frame. The outdoor parking was easy as the road was quiet during our stay and we were able to park right outside the apartment throughout our stay. The walk into York is a gentle 25 minutes and relatively flat. There is a comprehensive booklet covering all aspects of a stay - places to visit, restaurants and bar, shopping and much more. Fast and comprehensive contact with host. All in all perfect for our needs and highly recommended.
