「The location and beach are amazing! To have your own private beach (share with only a few parties) is a dream! The cottage was adorable and just what I needed as I stayed there on my own for most of the trip. Highly recommend! 」

We didn’t realize at booking process we had to request towels and linens, but after communication with host they were delivered within 45 minutes. Wells Beach is incredible and we truly enjoyed our stay here, including daily walks on the beach. 」

「What a perfect little piece of heaven. This was a girls only trip and the patio was perfect for drinking wine and late night conversations. Very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is absolutely adorable. I highly recommend. 」

「The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.」

Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. 」
