Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Only issues were a couple minor stains on pillows, bed and smudges on windows in the room etc. I think the value is there, but a bit more attention on cleanliness would make this an amazing stay."

"The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent."

"Check in was slow because the rooms were not ready (although we arrived way past 2.00 pm) and we were only given an extra bed on the 2nd day. The rest were ok - breakfast aplenty and kitchen staff were very helpful. Perfect location (public transport just across the hotel). Will stay again for sure."
